His Holiness the Dalai Lama's two day teaching on Shantideva's "Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life", continued from last year's teaching from Chapter 7, at the Shewatsel Teaching Ground in Leh, Ladakh, J&K, India on July 30-31, 2018. On the second day there is a White Tara Longevity Empowerment. His Holiness speaks in Tibetan with an English translation available.
