Questions focused again on different aspects and dimensions of "solidarity" - from individual to global level - which His Holiness addressed through the framework of His Holiness' three life commitments: the promotion of universal human values; dialogue, respect and understanding between different religious traditions; and the aspirations and rights of Tibetan people.
Later His Holiness met with high school students from Wroclaw. After a short introduction, he focused on the need of developing warm heart along with the knowledge, intellect and professional skills in order to turn new century into the age of dialogue, peace and solidarity.

His Holiness answered several very sophisticated and challenging questions ranging from the problem of loneliness in a modern, developed world to philosophical subtleties of the notion of "nirvana".
Just before leaving for India, His Holiness met with the leaders of different religious traditions. Very warm and in times quite informal exchanges were again a tribute to the "solidarity" aspect of His Holiness' second main commitment.
