The teachings will be held near the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies.

Teaching in Dharamsala, H.P., India from March 20 to 26: His Holiness is tentatively scheduled to give teachings for approximately 7 days (topic yet to be decided).

Dalai Lama to Address First Tibetan National General Meeting

Bylakuppe, Karnataka, India, 30 August 2010 (PTI) - Spiritual leader the Dalai Lama will attend the closing ceremony of the first National General Meeting of Tibetans in Bylakuppe near Mysore on Tuesday. The meeting, which began on August 26, is the first major function of Tibetans which is being organised outside Dharamsala. The Dalai Lama will address the delegates who are representing Tibetans from across the world at the meeting.
